This Christmas, we’re bringing extra fun to your dining experience with our Christmas Plinko Board Game — a festive, interactive activity where every roll wins a prize.

How to Participate:

  • For every $30 spent on dine-in order, you will receive one ball to drop into the Plinko Board.

  • Earn bonus balls (with a maximum of 3 balls per play)

    • +1 Ball - Following @souperhotpot.ca on Instagram/Tiktok

    • +1 Ball - Post on Instagram, TikTok, or Redbook and tagging @souperhotpot

  • Win the prize where the ball lands. Every roll wins a prize!​

Prizes may include (based on availability):

  • Free Drinks

  • 5% OFF

  • 10% OFF

  • 15% OFF

  • Candy Cane treats

Prizes are either issued on the spot (physical items) or provided as coupons for future visits.

Participation Rules

  • Valid for dine-in orders only

  • Get 1 ball per every $30 spent (before tax)

  • Staff decision on ball landing and prize outcome is final

  • Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize runs out, it may be replaced with an equivalent reward or temporarily removed.

  • This event is available for a limited time only and may end early at the discretion of the restaurant.

  • Souper Hot Pot & Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Coupon Terms & Condition

  • Redeem for dine-in orders only. Each table may use only one coupon per visit.

  • Coupons are valid for the next dine-in visit and within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

  • Food or drinks purchased using a coupon may not be packed or taken to-go.

  • Souper Hot Pot reserves the right to interpret and modify the rules of this event at any time.
